Mixed Feelings while posting!!

Mixed Feelings in this post, kinda, isn't it??
Firstly, i will be finally reaching Level 4 for Experience points, and thats 10 more experience, i am looking forward to tomorrow...
Secondly, I am level 1 in Blam and Protection, with about 180 points++, which means i will be looking forward to level 2 as well, meaning 4% increase in voting power on top of my voting power from my experience points.
However, i am quite sad in that Newgrounds has become more like an area for submission of Junk items. There were many lousy and no standard, completely blammable stuffs passing judgement and flow into the mainstream of Newgrounds.
Furthermore, after passing those blammable stuffs, some of the Newgrounds members contradict themselves saying it shouldn't be allowed to pass. THEN WHY ALLOW IT TO PASS JUDGEMENT IN THE FIRST PLACE? Makes sense?
Can Newgrounds Admin do something about it??
